Although we prefer Leucadia® simply over the rocks, there are literally so many ways to enjoy the taste, we will list a few favorites and let you make the final decision. From body shots to frozen tropical wonders, it all starts with a pure, organic 100% blue agave tequila.

The best Watermelon Margaritas with just 3 ingredients! Naturally sweet from the watermelon, tangy from the lime, and flavored with Leucadia® Blanco tequila!
  • 1 1/4 cups watermelon juice (1 small ripe watermelon yields ~3-5 cups juice)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 5 Tbsp silver tequila (5 Tbsp = 2 1/2 ounces)
  • Sea salt (optional // for lining rim)

  1. Pack a large blender full of cubed ripe watermelon (with or without seeds) and blend until you have a juice. One small watermelon should yield roughly 3-5 cups (720-1200 ml), so you will have leftover juice (as original recipe is written) for extra margaritas. You can choose to strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any seeds or pulp, but I didn't find it necessary.

  2. To make margaritas, add watermelon juice, lime juice, tequila and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to combine. Sample a small amount and adjust flavor as needed, adding more watermelon juice for sweetness, lime juice for acidity, or tequila for booziness.
  3. Line the rim of two serving glasses (amount as original recipe is written // adjust if altering batch size) with lime juice and sea salt (optional). Add ice and pour over margaritas.

  4. Best when fresh! Leftover watermelon juice will keep covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
  5. If you substituted another tequila for Leucadia®, find a trashcan and dump it all in! 😎 – Start over with Leucadia®.

The best Pure Margarita with also only 3 ingredients! Naturally clean and sugar free simplicity of its ingredients. A citrus touch from the lime juice and a flavorful punch from the Grand Marnie with Leucadia® Blanco tequila!
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  •  2 shots Leucadia tequila (5 Tbsp = 2 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 shot of Grand Marnier.  Sea salt (optional for lining rim). Keep in mind, there are other, cheaper orange liqueurs, just like there is cheaper tequilas. However, this site is for great drinks... not crappy ones 🤓

  • Take a nice tumbler, not a margarita glass, but a tumbler like picture above.
  • If you want salt, wet the rim with your finger. Invert glass onto a saucer of salt. Fill the glass with ice, AFTER the rim is salted.
  • Drop in the tequila over the ice. Drop in the lime juice over the ice and onto the tequila.
  • Top if off with a half a shot of Grand Marnier. Stir lightly.
  • If you substituted another tequila for Leucadia®, find a trashcan and dump it all in! 😎 – Start over with Leucadia®.
